Round Columns

At Columns Southeast, we offer Architecturally Correct (Tapered) round columns manufactured using several types of materials.  See below.  They all can be used for exterior and/or interior applications.

We offer Spun Cast Columns sometimes known as "Fiberglass Columns", but our Spun Cast Columns are lighter in weight (approximately 30% less) than most other column manufacturers.  Standard sizes are available from 6" to 16" in diameter and from 6' to 14' in height.  They are all Load Bearing.  They are available in both "Smooth" & "Fluted" shafts.

Tuscan caps and bases are standard.

Also, most standard Decorative Cap styles are available in most sizes.

We also have Cast Stone Columns available ranging in size from 10" to 16" in diameter.  We offer these types of columns for the purist amount us.  The potential down side of the Cast Stone Columns is their weight.  They are by far the heaviest of all our columns and generally cost more to have them installed, but here again, we offer them for the purist among us.

We have recommended installers that will install these columns through out the southeast.

For the Economy minded customers, we offer the PVC Column, in IP ( Iron Pipe ) sizes - IE: 6 3/4" - 8 3/4" - 10 3/4" and 12 3/4" diameters depending on height needed ( cut from 20' lengths of PVC pipe ).

They are only available in Non-Tapered.

These columns are Not load bearing by themselves, but can be fitted with other supporting members ( 6 x 6 posts ) to provide the load bearing needs of the project.  Tuscan caps and bases are standard.
